Cinnamon Powder Disolves Blood Clots

When we were kids, mother would at times buy us a treat of cinnamon bread topped with frosting. For variety, we also liked to sprinkle cinnamon powder and sugar on regular bread. All our homemade bread now contains a teaspoon of cinnamon. People notice and compliment its flavor.

Cinnamon is an ancient spice. Even the Bible speaks of using cinnamon, especially because of its aroma. China was using cinnamon 2800 years before Christ. In Ancient Egypt and Rome, cinnamon was part of the embalming process. Medicine and flavoring were other reasons Egyptians used cinnamon. But such spices became so hard to get by the Middle Ages that only the rich could afford them. Rank was determined by a person’s spice count.

All About Vitamin A

Vitamin A was initial discovered back in 1912, by a Polish biochemist named Casimir Funk.  He came up with the word vitamine, that was later given the name vitamin.  Funk was the first to get vitamins as we tend to recognize them today, although vitamin A was truly the first one discovered, hence the letter “A” within the title of the vitamin.

How My Juice Machine Helped Me to Save Money

I never knew the general sense of wellness and well-being that I could experience before receiving my very own juicing machine. I think it’s mainly due to two factors. The first is the improved physical health that drinking freshly made vegetable juices has given to me. In addition, it’s also caused an extreme and noticeable lessening of mental stress and anxiety which I’d experienced prior to using it. That is, the mental stress bought on by departing with my well earned money to buy the ever more expensive fresh juices in restaurants, health stores, and juice bars.
