The medical world is also utilizing the many benefits of the various types of massage therapy. It looks like there will be a great demand for qualified massage therapists. Even so massage therapists charge quite a bit and there is a need for assistance with payment of the services in many cases.
Many insurance companies have become more willing to pay for alternative therapies that are not mandated by a doctor and massage therapy is one that is becoming more affordable as insurance companies pick up the tab. The field of massage therapy is now in the mainstream and is used in preventative health care as well as various medical protocols to aid in healing. (more…)
