Caffeine – Should You Really Give it Up?

I have NEVER been a coffee drinker, and seldom used traditional teas. I must admit that I like hot chocolate, but cut back on its use as well. So, it should not surprise you that I do not understand the hordes that MUST visit their local coffee shops on the way to work every morning.
